RAWALPINDI: Commissioner Rawalpindi Division, Saqib Manan, has directed the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) to develop a master plan for the city’s development on an immediate basis.
The commissioner issued these guidelines during a visit to the RDA office on Tuesday.
During the visit, he was also briefed on the ongoing projects of the Rawalpindi Ring Road, Nullah Lai Expressway, Kutchery Chowk, and the RDA Parking Plaza at Fawara Chowk by DG RDA, Muhammad Saif Anwar.
.The commissioner also paid a visit to RDA’s ‘One Window’ where he praised the work being done and directed the officials to improve the center’s efficiency and resolve any issues that people encounter.
Azizullah Khan, Deputy Director of the Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), briefed the commissioner on the agency’s operations, and the commissioner urged the agency’s officials to raise its revenue and water tariff.
