Commissioner Inaugurates Multi-Million Development Projects in Attock District

ATTOCK: Rawalpindi Division Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chattha has recently unveiled a series of multi-million development projects aimed at improving infrastructure and uplifting the district of Attock in Pakistan.

These projects include:

  • Inauguration of the newly-constructed Assistant Commissioner Complex in Hassanabdal.
  • Groundbreaking of the gate to Attock (Baab-i-Attock) project on GT Road near Hattian in Hazro.
  • Inauguration of Baab-i-Attock at Hatian.
  • Groundbreaking of the District Public School, Attock.
  • Inauguration of the newly-constructed Medical Social Service Unit at Government Asfandyar Bukhari Hospital.
  • Groundbreaking of the first-ever botanical garden in the district, which will be established on 33 kanals in the heart of the city and will feature over 1,000 precious species.
  • Establishment of the botanical garden as a center of excellence for studying and researching botanical plants, with a special Quran corner featuring around 51 plants mentioned in the holy Quran.

These various projects were inaugurated and launched in separate events.

The Commissioner was joined by various officials such as Regional Police Officer Syed Khurram Ali Shah, Deputy Commissioner Attock Rao Atif Raza, Chief Executive Health Authority Dr. Asad Ismail, and other district officials.

Notably, all these projects and initiatives are expected to contribute to the progress and prosperity of the Attock district, bringing numerous benefits to its residents and the local economy.
