LAHORE: Commissioner Lahore and DG LDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa made a surprise visit to the LDA One Window Cell on Wednesday.
During the visit, Randhawa interacted with citizens and took their feedback, particularly from senior citizens.
He directed officials to develop a comprehensive mechanism in coordination with other departments to solve citizens’ issues promptly.
The DG emphasized that officers on duty should prioritize citizens’ problems and consider them as their own.
He also urged the use of modern technology to improve One Window Cell’s services.
Additionally, the Commissioner reviewed the attendance and performance of the officers and staff and chaired a meeting to review pending cases and ensure their timely resolution.
The meeting was attended by various officials, including the Additional DG Headquarters and the Directors of One Window Cell, IT, Town Planning, Housing, and Law.
