LAHORE: Commissioner of Lahore Division, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, has declared that officers responsible for delaying the issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for the promotion of business will be suspended.
He emphasized the need for the Joint Working Forum to finalize NOCs for petrol pumps and set a 5-day deadline to resolve pending cases.
The Commissioner further stated that the applicants should be contacted within the given deadline and either be issued a NOC or rejected with zero tolerance for delays.
This announcement was made on the official Twitter handle of the Commissioner of Lahore Division, indicating a stern action plan to address the issue of delayed NOCs.
