Director General Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Amir Ahmed Khan, has directed the ADG Housing and Director One Window to address public concerns.
This happened as the DG LDA paid a visit to the One Window Cell and spoke to several citizens.
During his visit, he directed the authorities to resolve the citizens’ complaints. He also said that delays in resolving the issues would not be tolerated.
DG LDA also stated that separate sitting arrangements should be made for females and old citizens.
Furthermore, Additional DG Headquarters Faqaleet Mir, Director Admin Imran Ali, Director One Window, and several officials were present during his visit.
