LAHORE: The Director General of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Aamir Ahmad Khan, paid a surprise visit to LDA’s One Window Cell and listened to the concerns of citizens.
He pressed that citizens’ complaints should be resolved promptly and that people should not have to repeatedly visit LDA offices.
The One Window Cell offers all LDA services under one roof for the convenience of citizens.
The Director General expressed satisfaction with the One Window Cell and directed officials to improve services even further.
He also instructed that separate seating and a special lounge for women and elderly citizens should be provided at the One Window Cell.
The Director General emphasized that citizens’ issues should be resolved in a timely manner and that additional facilities should be made available to citizens.
