RAWALPINDI: The Director General (DG) of the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa, directed the officials of RDA to adopt punctuality in providing relief to the citizens.
He stated that all RDA officers had been directed to address any obstacles and resolve any problems that citizens were experiencing.
Speedy and high-quality work should be ensured, he said, adding that the authorities in charge should go above and beyond to provide relief to the general public.
The DG also directed all RDA employees to be on time and to strictly adhere to the notified office hours.
He also directed that strict action be taken against illegal and unauthorized commercial constructions.
According to an RDA spokesman, the DG suspended a stenographer named Muhammad Abbas for being absent without leave without any intimation.
