ISLAMABAD: The Aurum Mall’s inaugural event was conducted at DHA, Islamabad, and a sizable crowd of attendees included DHA-I, Paragon officials, real estate brokers, and other individuals.
As per the details, Brigadier Muhammad Jawad, the administrator of the Defence Housing Authority Islamabad, stated that it was a very important day for DHA as they were commencing a unique project with the most dependable partner Paragon Developers.
He said that in addition to its involvement in the housing revolution, DHA was also actively involved in domains like gardening, sports, good living standards, and community welfare.
Jawad emphasized the project’s strengths by adding that it would live up to its name, “Aurum, i.e. Gold,” and that investing in gold is never a mistake.
According to Paragon Group Chairman Aftab Siddiqui, Paragon Developers has significant projects that have been completed in Islamabad.
He stated that, in partnership with DHA, the Aurum One initiative was being launched and there was no comparison between their project and any other project in Islamabad.
The details show that a 35-story high-rise structure called Aurum One will have 2 towers, residential apartments, and a shopping center built to international standards which would be a model project on Rawalpindi’s GT Road.
Furthermore, Anam Siddiqui, CEO of Paragon Constructors, stated that Paragon Developers was a top organization in the country that has showcased several significant projects in the building industry.
She went on to say that after having excellent success in Karachi, the company was currently working with DHA to launch the Aurum One project, which would be a luxury residential development.
It was also revealed that the applications for the project’s booking were publicly launched and its design and model had also been made public.
