QUETTA: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has handed over possession of the Early Bird Residential plots (1-kanal) and commercial plots (5-marla marketing files) to their respective owners.
The possession ceremony for these plots was recently held by the administration, where the DHA team officially handed over the ownership to the new plot owners.
The DHA Quetta administration further stated that the owners of the plots could begin the construction of their houses and plazas immediately, fulfilling yet another promise made to the esteemed residents.
This development is expected to provide an opportunity for the new plot owners to start building their dream homes and businesses in a timely manner.
It is pertinent to mention that the DHA Quetta had conducted a ballot for the Early Bird Residential plots and 5-marla marketing files on March 30, 2022.
The possession of these plots marks the next step in the development of the area, as the DHA Quetta administration continues to work towards providing top-notch services and amenities to its residents.
