DHA Quetta held a balloting ceremony for Early Bird (EB) Commercial-2023 on March 20.
The event, which took place at the Creek Club in DHA Karachi, was attended by prominent real estate agents, investors, members of the Defence & Clifton Association of Real Estate Agents (DEFCLAREA), and real estate marketing firms.
Under the Early Bird Commercial-2023 deal, DHA Quetta offered 4 & 8-marla and 1-kanal commercial files. After the ballot, these files will be converted to plots on DHA Quetta Expressway.
During the ceremony, the DHA Quetta Administrator also inaugurated the authority’s regional office in Karachi.
The regional office, located at 38-C Main Bukhari Commercial Lane-11, Phase-6, DHA Karachi, is now operational.
For the sale or purchase of EB commercial applications, the authority has shared some requirements. The buyer and seller must be present in the office, and a successful form and sales agreement are also necessary.
Additionally, there are transfer fees for each category: PKR 45,000 for 4-marla, PKR 90,000 for 8-marla, and PKR 2,25,000 for 1-kanal.
This balloting ceremony marks an important milestone for DHA Quetta, as the conversion of commercial files into plots will help to meet the growing demand for commercial properties in the area.
With the opening of the regional office in Karachi, DHA Quetta is expanding its reach and making it easier for investors and real estate agents to engage with the authority.
