DHA Quetta Invites Bids for Fabrication Works

QUETTA: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has requested proposals from Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) companies for fabrication at the Grand Entrance of Buildings 1 and 3.

According to the details, the DHA Quetta administration has requested companies to submit proposals for the fabrication of the façade (mini cobweb) at the Grand Entrance of Buildings 1 and 3.

The tender papers can be obtained from the office of the Director of Development during work hours till December 22.

Similarly, the DHA Quetta has invited sealed bids for constructing culverts and bridges on the DHA Quetta’s 5-lane motorway in Phase 1.

The administration has asked for bids on the ‘Single-Stage, Two-Envelope’ procedure from experienced, qualified, and reputable construction companies and developers.

Additionally, companies must hold a valid PEC license in category C-3 for the fiscal year 2022/2023.

Until December 30, the bidding documents can be received from the Office of the Director of Town Planning & Building Control.

The interested companies should send a written request on the firm’s letterhead with a PKR 25,000 bid document fee in the form of a Pay Order in the name of DHA Quetta.

According to the DHA administration, incomplete documentation will be deemed non-responsive and rejected.

The offer will be open to businesses registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). The bid paperwork will be issued by DHA Quetta and must be filled out by hand by the contractors.
