KARACHI: Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum’s office has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Defence Housing Association (DHA) Karachi to build ultra-high-end golf view villas on the newly constructed Nick Faldo Golf Course in DHA City Karachi.
The deal was signed by Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum, General Babar Iftikhar, Corps Commander 5 Core, President DHA, former DGIPSR, and Mr. Fakhr-e-Alam, business partner. The project will be executed by AMWAJ Developers from the UAE.
According to the MOU, state-of-the-art ultra-high-end ultra-luxury villas will be constructed to the highest international standards.
The development will be carried out in collaboration with D.H.A. City Karachi, ensuring that the construction is of the highest international standard.
Besides, the Office of Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum is expanding its investments in Pakistan, including developing luxury apartments in partnership with D.H.A Lahore and developing an 1,100 MW Green Hydrogen project through its London company Oracle Energy.
In addition, the office is collaborating with the Ministry of Health to develop first-of-kind plasma products in Pakistan.
