ETPB Signs Agreement to Launch e-Billing System

LAHORE: The Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) has established an electronic billing system and agreements with private businesses have been made in this regard.

A Board spokesperson stated that the introduction of e-billing would result in the department being paperless.

Besides, the Evacuee Trust Property Board was growing and prospering as a result of its well-thought-out policies and electronic technology, the spokesperson said.

He also added that following the e-billing, the departmental costs had been cut significantly while the revenue had grown.

Furthermore, the unlawful squatters will be removed from the land and properties, which are worth billions of rupees, he explained.

The spokesperson said that renovation work was being done at temples and Gurudwaras throughout the country and that stern legal action was being taken against unlawful occupiers and defaulters.

He continued by saying that Hindu and Sikh leaders from all around the world had expressed their satisfaction and appreciation for the ETPB’s performance.
