LAHORE: Commissioner Lahore, Muhammad Ali Randhawa paid a surprise visit to the LDA’s One Window Cell on Tuesday.
The purpose of the visit was to gather feedback from citizens who were availing of various services at the facility, including map approvals, NOCs (No Objection Certificates), and transfer letters.
According to the details, the citizens expressed their satisfaction with the service delivery at the One Window Cell, providing positive feedback.
During the visit, Commissioner Randhawa announced an extension of the working hours at the One Window Cell.
The citizens can now access services at this facility until 9 p.m. Additionally, he informed the public that the working hours of banks operating within the LDA One Window Cell have also been extended from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
In a separate development, Commissioner Lahore emphasized the importance of eradicating encroachments in the city.
He underscored that timely e-registration is non-negotiable, and there will be no compromises on this front. Randhawa made these remarks while chairing a meeting involving officials from four districts.
He stressed the need to clear the building lines of markets and called for the removal of both old and new permanent encroachments.
