FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has approved the first draft of the city’s Master Plan 2022-2042.
This happened in a meeting that was presided over by the Chairman FDA, Mian Waris Aziz.
The meeting discussed the proposal and the draft thoroughly and finally issued the approval.
The Director General FDA stated that the document would have significant importance in the future planning of Faisalabad.
He added that the draft for Master Plan 2022-2042 had been reviewed several times in a series of meetings with a number of concerned officials, before the approval.
Moreover, it took almost five years to finalize the draft which had been possible with the assistance of consultants.
