FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Director General (DG), Dr Muhammad Zahid Ikram, has stated that no housing developments will be allowed in restricted areas.
As per the details, the DG disclosed that a comprehensive departmental strategy was being implemented to enforce land use regulations.
During an inspection of the restricted area on Narwala Road, the DG instructed the FDA to take action against illegal housing structures and the owners of these schemes.
It was shared that the DG urged regular monitoring to ensure compliance with land use regulations.
He stressed that any form of negligence or irresponsibility would not be tolerated and advised developers to thoroughly research zoning plans before planning any housing developments.
He also warned the public to verify the status of housing schemes before making any investments.
