FDA Seals Illegal Development in Faisalabad’s Private Housing Schemes

FAISALABAD: In a proactive move, the Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) enforcement team intervened to halt development work in two unauthorized private housing schemes.

According to the source, the team not only put a stop to construction activities but also took action to remove encroachments from designated utility service plots.

Furthermore, the official sources claimed that the FDA enforcement team targeted Tech Residencia on Satiana Road and Umar Villas in Khurrianwala, both of which were undergoing development without the necessary approvals.

Besides, the details also suggest that the team swiftly took action to cease the unauthorized construction work in these schemes.

In addition, encroachments that had been established on a plot in Tech Town were successfully removed, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Similarly, the construction activity was blocked at quarter No-8-E in Allama Iqbal Colony, where the development was taking place without the required permissions.
