Federal Secretary Invites Japan to Invest in Pakistan’s Housing Sector

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Works, Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, on Thursday, expressed the country’s desire for Japanese investment in Pakistan’s housing sector.

In a meeting with the Japanese Ambassador WADA Mitsuhiro, Shallwani stated that Japanese businesses are always welcome to invest in Pakistan, for which they would receive enhanced support and cooperation.

The secretary claimed that Pakistan places a high value on its relationship with Japan and is eager to further develop those ties in all areas of shared interest.

Besides, both stakeholders also spoke about a range of topics, including the long-standing friendship and cordial relationship between Pakistan and Japan.

Additionally, the Federal Secretary cordially invited WADA to the upcoming inaugural International Housing Expo-2022.
