5. What is role of authority if they are sleeping enough to let people illegally build parking, sheds or grab govt land. This is big question mark on incompetent role of authority. Infact first shredder should run inside authority to bring competent people to better serve these public positions.
   Question is how is it possible to misuse public land without prior approval from govt office. So pls follow correct sequence of operations to solve these issues.

16. It is better, not to allow people to occupy State land in the first place.Removing the people,from homes though legally correct but would entail huge hardship. Compesation at a competitive rate is suggested.

18. Although it’s a good decision but interestingly Authority itself is breaching the law. They have created plots in green belt of G-13/3. Furthermore, taking action against the illegal car sheds, extended gates and covered green belts is justified and good action but destroying plantation, flower brlts, grassy plots outside houses is not wise decision as this will give ugly look.

19. Pathetic cda, look at crime rate, ppl have built sheds for their life and property, ppl who don’t live there are too simple, there are dacoits and theives roaming streets in islamabad sectors at night, you can’t go out side, and spend night in fear, just go to hell cda!

20. What about your own capacity of completing the projects. You collected a huge amount on sold apartments and still there is no progress in construction of the new building adjacent to Kashmir highway. Think of your own capacity as well.
