FIA Raids Uncover Illegal Power Connections in Colonies

BAHAWALPUR: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) reports that it has discovered illegal power connections at private homes in unapproved housing colonies in Bahawalnagar, Minchinadabad, and McLeod Ganj.

The agency received a tip that electricity connections in these colonies were provided with the assistance of officials from the Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO).

After conducting raids, the FIA teams removed illegal power meters that had been installed at various houses.
