Government Urges Contractors to Expedite Work on Projects Under FGEHA

The Ministry of Housing and Works has urged registered contractors to accelerate work on the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority’s (FGEHA) several active housing projects.

Minister for Housing and Works, Maulana Abdul Waseh, has directed to expedite the development pace of the ongoing projects in Islamabad that include, G-13 Chaklala Heights, Skyline Apartments, and Kashmir Avenue Apartments.

These residential units will provide an exceptional living experience to the government employees.

According to the information, Skyline Apartments will have 3,945 apartments, while Chaklala Heights will offer 3,432 residential units.

An official stated that the minister had directed the relevant employees to guarantee timely and high-quality completion.

Furthermore, it was mentioned that the FGEHA was starting new initiatives for both government employees and other societal groups.

Leading newspapers in many cities have run the advertising for expressions of interest (EoI) in land sharing.

According to the minister, the Lifestyle Residency, EHFPRO G-13, would probably be finished by December 2022, subject to funding.
