ISLAMABAD: Gulberg Islamabad Management has announced the launch of a new project in Islamabad’s Gulberg Greens community.
The project will consist of several blocks, including A Executive, Premium A Executive 2, E Executive, F Executive 1, 2, 3, and 4. The possession of the plots will be made to the buyers within 36 months from the date of booking.
It has been shared that the plot booking will commence with a 30% down payment, and the remaining payment can be made in 36 monthly installments over three years.
The plot number will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis after the initial payment of 30% has been made.
The buyers have the option to pay a 10% down payment and utilize a 3-year installment plan to make the payment process easier.
Furthermore, the project is likely to attract significant attention from investors and buyers.
This is all fake allotments. What about all other blocks From A to T, people have bought plots back in 2011 and still there is no possession. Hardly any blocks are fully complete. My own plot is in L Block and P2 and there is no sign of possession. Do they have anything to say on that. Intelligence Bureau through Gulberg is practicing all this corrupt practices and cheating people with these fake dreams. For people to trust Gulberg, first they need to give possession of blocks which were launch in 2010 and still remain as orphan blocks with no sign of possession
