Soon after the news of New Metro City Gujar Khan’s imminent launch of commercial plots surfaced, new details of rates and payment plans of the society’s commercial plots have emerged.
As per the latest information, NMC Gujar Khan will be officially launching the commercial plots on September 5, 2022. The plot sizes will be in 2.66 Marla and 5 Marla denominations.
The launching rates of 2.66 Marla commercial plots are going to be PKR 4,750,000, while the rates of the 5 Marla commercial plots will be 9,750,000. Both options will be available on a 2.5-year easy monthly installment plan.

Earlier, in an early bird balloting that was held at New Metro City Gujjar Khan on August 20th, the CEO Malik Bashir announced the launch date of commercial plots.
The society claims that possession of the commercial plots would be granted within 3 to 4 months, and confirmation will be within 60 days of booking.
2.66 Marla plot will only be located in the Prime Boulevard whereas, 5 Marla plot will be located in both Main Boulevard and Prime Boulevard of society’s sector 1.
