ISLAMABAD: The Intelligence Bureau Employees’ Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Islamabad has proposed to use commercial plots, listed in Table-A of the CDA Public Notice, as collateral for development work on the “Gulberg Residentia (IBECHS Phase-III)” residential project.
These commercial plots, covering an area of 124.21 Kanal, will be used as assurance for the development work on the revised and extended layout plan of the residential project, which is located in various areas of Zone-5, ICT, Islamabad and has been approved by the CDA.
The public is advised not to purchase or make any deals regarding the plots listed in Table-A, as they cannot be sold, allotted, transferred, or committed to anyone unless they are released by the CDA.
In the event of failure or delay in the development work, these plots will be sold by the CDA and the proceeds will be used for the development of the scheme.
