ISLAMABAD: According to Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, President of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Chakwal is a highly excellent location for the creation of an industrial zone since it is situated on the motorway and offers simple access to Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
As per a news statement released on Monday, he stated that the ICCI would fully assist the Chakwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry in its efforts to create an industrial zone in the Chakwal region.
He asserted that the completion of this significant project would encourage business investment and industrial activity in the area, ushering in a new phase of growth and prosperity.
Besides, President Chakwal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Waqar Zafar Bakhtawari, stated that his father Zafar Bakhtawari’s aim was to create an industrial zone in Chakwal so that local businesses could thrive and young people wouldn’t have to leave the country in search of work.
In order to explore the creation of an industrial zone in Chakwal, he stated that a team from the Chakwal Chamber of Commerce would soon meet with Punjab Governor Balighur Rehman and Provincial Industries Minister S.M. Tanveer.
