ISLAMABAD: Atif Jameel Butt, the president of the Islamabad Estate Agents Association (IEAA), and Khalid Imran Chaudhry, the secretary general, announced in a joint statement that a convention will be held this month to highlight the issues faced by dealers and estate agents.

They announced that the issue will then be brought before the National Assembly for resolution and policymaking to support the estate agents in the capital.

According to the sources, they claimed that the pillar of Pakistan’s economy, the real estate market, had now developed into an industry.

According to a press release, the real estate sector is crucial to the nation’s growth and prosperity, adding that the money made by the real estate business was crucial to the country’s progress.

Furthermore, dealers and estate brokers who interact with CDA and the housing industry face significant obstacles.

They promised that they would soon take measures to address their issues and regain their self-respect, while committees have also been established to bring up the concerns of traders in the National Assembly.

Additionally, they also announced that dealers were holding a conference this month to discuss this issue so that they might voice their concerns in a forum and then present their case to the National Assembly for the legalization of this industry.

“We would step forward as the first force for them in this situation so that the respect and esteem of the dealers and agents connected to this business may be recovered,” they vowed.
