The Chief Justice asked CDA officials when the work on the project would begin, as the court had already given a one-month time frame that has passed.

He emphasized that the court was not initiating contempt proceedings yet, but it wanted the execution of the court’s orders.

CDA’s lawyer, Nazeer Chohan, assured the court that the department would issue the work order in three days and start the work as soon as funds are released.
