MULTAN: In Southern Punjab, the IMARAT Group has unveiled Bavylon, a real estate development project that will serve as a corporate, retail, and hotel ‘powerhouse’.
As per the details, Shafiq Akbar, Chairman of the IMARAT Group, Farhan Javed, Director of Graana.com & Hospitality, Sharjeel A. Ehmer, Director of Agency21 International, Arslan Javed, Group Director, and Haroon Aslam, President of the Advisory Board, attended the opening ceremony.
The sources informed that the structure would cater to high-end corporate offices, shops, and a five-star hotel.
Furthermore, the project is made to accommodate both domestic and foreign guests, making it a location for both business and recreation.
Shafiq Akbar, Chairman of IMARAT Group, stated, “We are delighted to bring this project to completion and are certain that Bavylon will be a catalyst for economic growth in the region by creating employment, boosting tourists, and enhancing the total economic activity in the region.”
He stated that his company was one step closer to achieving Vision 2047 through the launch of Bavylon in Multan as per the track record of completing 5 projects in 5 years.
Director of Graana.com & Hospitality, Farhan Javed, declared that Bavylon would, without a doubt, operate as a spark that would help to ignite economic growth in Multan.
This project would not only signify progress for Multan but also for the entire southern Punjab area, he added.
Additionally, Director of Agency21 International, Sharjeel A. Ehmer, remarked that the project marked the beginning of a new chapter.
Besides, Taimoor-ul-Haq Abbasi, Director of PropSure, stated that Bavylon represented a new benchmark in the hospitality and luxury industries, and that it was a commitment to Multan’s development and improvement.
