LDA Announces New Document Required for Possession Orders

LAHORE: The Land Development Authority (LDA) has announced that applicants seeking a possession order must provide specific documents along with their application at the LDA One Window Cell.

The documents required are as follows:

  • Two certified photos (must be attested)
  • Copy of a valid identity card (must be attested)
  • Copy of the ownership franchise letter
  • Allotment letter or exemption letter
  • Three attested thumb rings and specimen signatures
  • Latest certified copy of the Sale Agreement Exemption Agreement
  • Biometrics of the applicant

Applicants are advised to carefully review the necessary documents before submitting their application to avoid any delays in processing.
