Lahore Development Authority (LDA), which manages all the development and planning permissions in Lahore, has introduced an all-new e-bidding system to ensure transparency within the auctions of public plots.
On Monday, a meeting was held by the Director General of Lahore Development Authority, Chaudhary Muhammad Ali Randhawa, in order to discuss the procedure to start the new e-bidding system for the auction of plots.
The meeting also reviewed transferring of properties to overseas Pakistanis along with the introduction of an online portal facility.
This new system will protect the property rights of the overseas Pakistanis and will also improve transparency in the auctions of the plots.
