LAHORE: In a ceremony held on Wednesday, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) held an auction of five residential and commercial plots in various housing schemes of the city for Rs. 108.188 million.
In Johar Town, the authority auctioned off commercial plot number 291 in Block K for Rs. 16.3 million, and plot number 292 for Rs. 17 million.
Additionally, the civic body auctioned off a residential plot number 237, block F in Sabzazar for Rs. 15.2 million, a commercial plot number 15, Civic Center in Sabzazar for Rs. 33.6 million, and a residential plot number 270, block A in Jubli Town for Rs. 1.3 million.
Furthermore, The authority also auctioned the tenancy rights to its marquee at the Finance and Trade Center in Johar Town for Rs. 14.6 million for a year.
The members of the auction committee, including the Additional Director General Housing, Director DG Headquarters, and Directors Housing, also attended the ceremony.
