LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) held a grand public auction of commercial and residential plots in various provincial capital schemes at the LDA Community Centre in New Garden Town.
The public auction was supervised by Additional DG (Housing) Syed Munawwar Bukhari, and 15 plots located in Mustafa Town, Tajpura, Johar Town, and Jubilee Town were auctioned off for Rs 257,999,000.
As per the details, six commercial and nine residential plots were also sold during the auction.
Some of the plots auctioned off include:
- Plot No. 204 (Corner), Block Ahmed Yar (Commercial), Mustafa Town, which was sold for Rs. 9,158,400
- Plot No. 204-C Block Ahmed Yar Commercial, which was sold for Rs. 7,977,600
- Plot No. 547, Block D, Tajpura (Commercial) was auctioned off for Rs. 6,365,400
- Plot No. 548, Block D, Tajpura (Residential) was sold for Rs. 6,355,000
In addition, several other residential and commercial plots were auctioned off in various locations, such as Johar Town and Jubilee Town.
The auction committee members, including the Additional Director General (Housing), Director of Finance, Directors Housing, and other related officers, participated in the public auction.
