LDA to Auction First-Floor Shops at Liberty Park, Ride Plaza

LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is set to auction all first-floor shops at Liberty Park and Ride Plaza under its patronage.

According to sources, the auction is scheduled for Wednesday, offering a unique opportunity for potential lessees.

These shops will be available for lease on a 5-year term, providing a favorable environment for business owners.

Moreover, to facilitate businesspeople, a generous grace period of 3 months will be granted for setup and preparation.

The LDA intends to lease out all shops to a prominent business group or interested party, fostering commercial growth within the area.

In addition to the Liberty Park and Ride Plaza, the auction will feature parking sites in Jubilee Town, Marquee Site, and Gulshan-e-Ravi, opening doors for prospective lessees to establish or expand their ventures.

Furthermore, the auction will encompass residential and commercial plots in various LDA societies.

These societies include Jubilee Town, Avenue One, Tajpura, Mustafa Town, Quaid-e-Azam Town, Sabzazar, and New Garden Town, which also offer opportunities for individuals and businesses to invest in the real estate sector.
