LDA’s New Mobile App to Offers Access to Housing Society Data

LAHORE: In a bid to enhance public convenience, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) unveiled a mobile application.

According to sources, Commissioner Lahore and DG LDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, made this announcement, highlighting the app’s diverse range of services.

Through the LDA mobile application, citizens can access a comprehensive array of LDA services.

Notably, the app empowers individuals to assess the status of private housing societies before making investments.

Furthermore, it also provides a comprehensive list of approved housing societies while also highlighting those that operate without approval.

In a collaborative effort with local journalists, Commissioner Lahore and the LDA DG visited the One Window Cell to gather feedback from citizens regarding the services offered.

They also discussed the rejuvenation of the One Window Cell and the steps taken based on directives from the Chief Minister.

One notable initiative is the provision of free home services to senior citizens aged 75 and above, known as ‘Dastak LDA at Doorstep,’ while, premium services are available to citizens for a fee.

Commissioner Lahore emphasized the significant improvement in the performance of the window sale system, with pending applications reduced from 1,300 to just 200.

Besides, he also underlined the commitment to enhancing the system by incorporating suggestions and feedback from the public.
