ISLAMABAD: On Monday, a tragic incident of murder unfolded in Islamabad’s rural area, as reported by the local police.

Shakil Khan, who had recently purchased a two-Marla house in Khanna Dak, became embroiled in a property dispute.

According to police sources, he had successfully acquired possession of the house after paying Rs. 3 million to the previous owner.

However, the situation took a deadly turn when one of the former owners of the house reclaimed the property, prompting Khan to seek legal intervention by filing a petition in court.

This action seemed to enrage the former owner, who not only began issuing threats to Khan but also demanded additional money in exchange for vacating the house.
