MD WASA Assures Early Resolution of Sewer Issues in Multan

MULTAN: The Water and Sanitation Department’s (WASA) newly appointed managing director Chaudhary Muhammad Danish has said that the resolution of sewerage issues in the “City of Saints” is a key priority.

He said that a thorough plan would be developed for delivering public services, enhancing recovery, and promptly resolving grievances.

The MD made these remarks as he took over his office while also making a promise that measures would be implemented to ease the department’s financial struggles and to help the public with their issues with drainage and water delivery.

He said that the ongoing water supply and sewer construction projects would be carefully watched and finished within the allotted time and any obstacle to WASA’s projects would not be accepted.

On this occasion, he also gave the WASA officials and employees instructions to live by the principle of public service and to actively participate in finding quick solutions to the issues facing the populace.

It is important to note that Chaudhry Muhammad Danish was sent to Lahore as the Director of Engineering and he has recently been transferred to the position of MD WASA in Multan, according to a statement from the Secretary of Housing, Urban Development, and Public Health Engineering Department.
