PESHAWAR: The Mega City Nowshera Housing Project in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is moving forward swiftly as it enters its inaugural phase, with a strong emphasis on advancing development and expanding housing choices.

Zafar Ullah Umarzai, the Special Assistant to the caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Housing and Transport, recently chaired a meeting to underscore the importance of expediting the project’s first phase and ensuring its timely completion.

Managed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority (KPHA), the Mega City Nowshera housing scheme encompasses a vast expanse of 1,000 acres, with room for potential expansion.

This project, officially launched and advertised following approval from the Election Commission of Pakistan, has already generated considerable interest, garnering 3,503 applications.
