MPCHS Unveils Price Plan for Multi Gardens Phase 2

Multi Professionals Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS) has revealed the pre-launch rates for the new project, Multi Gardens Phase II.

The project spans an area of 4,480 Kanal and is located in sector B-18, as per the CDA website.

Multi Gardens Phase II received a planning No Objection Certificate (NOC) in 2010, however, the layout planned was approved by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) in 2008.

The new project is going to offer plots in the sizes of 5.56 Marla, 8 Marla, 10.89 Marla, 14.22 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal.

The prices for these plots range from 30.80 Lac to 1.69 Crore, depending on the size. The society also offers a 5-year installment plan.
