MULTAN: Multan Development Authority (MDA) has issued a stern warning to illegal housing schemes, stating that they will not be tolerated at any cost.
The Director General (DG) of MDA, Dr. Zahid Akram, presided over a meeting to review the performance of directors and emphasized that housing schemes without proper approval will face severe consequences.
The officers have been instructed to register FIR against the owners of illegal housing societies and to identify housing schemes having no approval.
Additionally, the DG MDA has directed officers to seal and demolish all illegal housing colonies.
He also warned the officers to launch a zero-tolerance policy against these schemes, or else strict action would be taken against them.
