New Metro City Gujar Khan is going to launch its commercial plots on September 5th, ProProperty sources confirm.
Earlier, a balloting ceremony was held at the New Metro City Gujar Khan on August 20th where CEO Malik Bashir announced the launch date of commercial plots.
The society claims that possession of the commercial plots would be granted within 3 to 4 months.
According to the sources, commercial plots will have 2.6 Marla and 5 Marla plots located in different blocks of the society.
2.6 Marla plot will be located in the society’s mini markaz whereas 5 Marla plot will be located near the main Grand Trunk Road.
