Nova City Islamabad has announced a special incentive offer for the investors and general public.
A post on the society’s official Facebook page stated that the offer had been made on the request of its customers.
The special incentive offer includes:
- A 10% discount on the installments of 10 Marla and 1 Kanal plots registrations
- A 50% waiver in Late Payment Surcharge (LPS) upon clearance of all overdue installments
This offer will be valid only until 10 October 2022.
All files that are not regular (with more than 4 installments pending) will be suspended after 10th October and could be restored only after the payment of PKR 20,000 per Marla restoration surcharge.
It is important to note that only the regular files with 100% fully paid installments will be considered for the ballot of plot numbers on 25th October 2022.
