ISLAMABAD: One Homes, a British investment group, has officially launched One Serene Residences, a luxury resort-themed residential development in Pakistan.
The project, worth $40 million, marks the first-ever project in the country with international standards of luxury living and resort lifestyle.
The development is tailor-made for the overseas Pakistani diaspora and is a collaboration with several partners, including Versace Ceramics, Ayana Holding, VX Studio, and Opaal.
As per the details, the project will feature modern facilities, including a resort-themed swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, private theater, cafe, shop, and restaurant.
The Chief Commercial Officer of One Homes at One Group, Aqib Hassan, has stated that the project aims to offer a lifestyle that is second to none and provide clients with an experience that is unmatched in Pakistan.
Besides, the project is strategically located 5 minutes from a championship golf course, 7 minutes from Giga Mall, and 30 minutes from Islamabad downtown, expected to be completed by Q4 2026.
