ONE Properties has inked a strategic collaboration agreement with the UAE-based Ayana Holdings for a first-of-its-kind $30 million resort-residence development in Islamabad.
The group just purchased 100,000 square feet of prime property in the twin cities adjoining a 2,500-acre national forest and minutes from a PGA Commonplace Golf Course, where they would construct Pakistan’s first Resort-Residing development tailored for overseas Pakistanis.
