LAHORE: The Overseas Pakistani Foundation (OPF) Town has recently launched a limited number of residential plots for overseas Pakistanis on a first-come, first-served basis.
The project is located on Raiwind Road and is adjacent to OPF Greens, only a short drive away from Ring Road.
The advertisement describes this as a “golden opportunity” for overseas Pakistanis to purchase 3.5-, 5-, 6-, and 8-marla residential plots in OPF Town, Lahore.
The plots are available on an 8 quarterly installment plan, with 35% of the total price being required as a down payment.
Moreover, the eligibility criteria for those interested in investing in the project include being a member of the OPF foundation or submitting a bank draft of PKR 2,000 along with a duly filled membership form to get registered with the OPF.
A non-refundable application processing fee of PKR 10,000 will also be charged.
The OPF Town boasts a variety of attractive features such as an already in-progress development, wide and carpeted road network, spacious parks, a parking area, a commercial area, schools, and a mosque.
Additionally, corner plots or those located on the main boulevard will have an extra charge of 10%. Interested individuals can obtain the application forms from the Housing & Works Division, Estate Management Section, Overseas Pakistanis Foundation, OPF Head Office, Shahrahe-e-Jamhuriat, Sector G-5/2 in Islamabad.
