ISLAMABAD: Capital Orchards Islamabad is being claimed to be Pakistan’s First Forest City in Islamabad (location not disclosed yet), promising a ‘green and serene living experience that is pure and closer to nature’.
The society aims to preserve nature with eco-friendly features and initiatives.
The project is yet to be launched but the society claims that it will provide a very unique living experience along with modern amenities.
Capital Orchards is the project of DXB Group of Companies which promises to deliver security, privacy, and a green environment so the residents could live peacefully.
It is important to note that the society has not yet been issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) by the concerned authorities and neither it has disclosed the location.
The society is offering apartments, villas, condominiums, and farmhouses of different sizes and prices depending on their features and positions.
According to a Facebook post, Capital Orchards also plans to introduce Pakistan’s first-ever underwater restaurant.
