PM AJK Urges Karachi’s Business Community to Establish Industrial Units in Scenic Valley

KARACHI: Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan, the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), has urged the business and industrial community of Karachi to consider establishing industrial units in AJK.

He extended the invitation during a meeting held at the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industries (KCCI), where he highlighted the advantages of setting up businesses in the picturesque valley, including cheaper land and a secure environment.

The PM also promised low-cost electricity, tax incentives, and appropriate infrastructure to prospective investors.

In addition, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan expressed his confidence that Karachi’s industrialists and business community can provide valuable guidance to Kashmir’s industrialists, helping them to produce high-quality products, and create job opportunities for the local population.

Additionally, an information desk will also be established at KCCI in order to assist businesses and industrialists who are interested in exploring investment and business opportunities in AJK.
