PM Directs CDA Chairman to Accelerate Development Work

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has instructed the Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to expedite the progress of development projects in the capital city to ensure convenience for residents.

The Prime Minister chaired a review meeting to assess the ongoing mega projects and emphasized that any delays in execution would not be tolerated.

During the meeting, Sharif highlighted the importance of maintaining high-quality standards in the implementation of these development projects.

Furthermore, he also stressed the need to incorporate landscaping that matches international standards.

The review meeting was attended by Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Adviser to the Prime Minister Ahad Khan Cheema, Member of the National Assembly (NA) Hanif Abbasi, the Director General (DG) of Frontier Work Organization, the DG of National Logistic Cell, and other senior officials.

Besides, the officials also provided an update on the progress of development work carried out by the CDA.
