ISLAMABAD: On Friday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif issued instructions to the Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to accelerate the progress of development projects in the capital city in order to facilitate its residents.
During a review meeting to discuss the ongoing mega-development projects, the Prime Minister emphasized that delays in their execution would not be tolerated.
He further stressed the importance of ensuring high-quality work during the implementation of these projects.
Additionally, the Prime Minister highlighted the significance of landscaping the projects to meet international standards.
The meeting was attended by Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Adviser to the Prime Minister Ahad Khan Cheema, Member of the National Assembly (NA) Hanif Abbasi, the Director General (DG) of Frontier Work Organization, the DG of National Logistic Cell, and other senior officials.
The participants of the meeting were briefed on the progress of the development work carried out by the CDA.
