Possession Letters Issued for 800 Plots in Bhara Kahu Green Enclave-I Project

ISLAMABAD: Maulana Abdul Wasy, the Federal Minister for Housing and Works, emphasized the crucial need for transparent and timely elections, expressing optimism about the promising future of democracy.

He underscored the potential for public service if provided the opportunity.

Despite challenging circumstances, dedicated efforts have been directed toward expediting the completion of government residential projects.

The Federal Minister, Maulana Abdul Wasi, conveyed these perspectives during a significant event on Thursday.

He distributed possession letters for 800 developed plots as part of the Bhara Kahu (Green Enclave I) project by the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority.

Addressing the gathering at the distribution ceremony, Federal Parliamentary Secretary Syed Mahmood Agha also shared his insights.

He also explained that the project initiated in 2009 had encountered delays due to pending land matters in the courts, finally culminating in its completion in 2023.

Before the distribution of possession letters, Chief Engineer Nader Qayyum elaborated on the territorial details of Green Enclave, Arbaa, and Khud Khal.

Moreover, the project Director Azhar Hameed provided comprehensive information about the project, highlighting that the ongoing development activities within Green Enclave are progressing at an accelerated pace and are anticipated to conclude shortly.

Tariq Rasheed, the Director General of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, reiterated that ensuring affordable housing facilities for federal government employees remains a paramount objective.

He emphasized that the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority remains dedicated to fulfilling the housing needs of government personnel.
