Iftikhar Ali Shallwani, Secretary ministry of housing and works, gave the necessary instructions on Tuesday to speed up the Green Enclave project in Bhara Kahu so that the awaiting allottees can receive their plots as soon as feasible.
He delivered these directions to Director General Federal Government Employees Housing Authority Tariq Rashid during a visit to Green Enclave 1 & 2, Bhara Kahu, Kashmir Avenue Apartments, Sector G-13 Islamabad.
Shallwani was updated on the status of the Bhara Kahu-based Green Enclave project’s construction. He said that the department needs to remain vigilant and achieve deadlines in order to preserve the faith and hopes of allottees.
To establish a comfortable atmosphere in the Green Enclave, considerable attention should be made to horticultural activities, he added.
Furthermore, the secretary was also informed on the progress made while touring Kashmir Avenue Apartments in Sector G-13 of Islamabad.
Shallwani expressed concerns over the contractor’s decision to halt construction owing to a sharp increase in raw material prices.
He requested Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) to take all necessary steps in order to complete the project on schedule, stating that the project must be completed on schedule without sacrificing quality in order to give contemporary living amenities to staff as soon as feasible.
Dear sir, Presently the development work of Green Enclave 1 has been stopped. The allottee’s of this project are waiting it’s possession. Kindly order for completion it’s work within stipulated Period. The said project i.e Green Enclave 1 was initiated since 2009 but unfortunately it’s development not completed so far. And I haven’t paid it’s all Instalments including increased it’s price. Kindly order for completion the project within stipulated Period.Thanks
